Terms of Sale – Bodasca.com
By placing an order on Bodasca.com, you confirm your agreement with the following conditions of sale.
These policies are designed to protect both the collector and the artist, ensuring a smooth and professional transaction.
1. Delivery & Condition of Artwork

Each piece is packaged with the utmost care to ensure safe arrival.

If your parcel arrives with visible damage, you must:

Report it immediately to the delivery carrier at the time of receipt.

Obtain a written damage report from the carrier.

Photograph both the damaged packaging and the carrier’s written statement.

This documentation must be sent to me via email within 24 hours of delivery so that a claim can be made with the shipping insurer.

Without this evidence, a refund or replacement cannot be processed.
2. Proof of Damage

Should the artwork itself be damaged, photographic proof is required.

Once the damage is verified, a refund will be issued, or a replacement will be discussed with the collector.
3. Pre-Orders & Commissions

When recreating a sold artwork, I use the same techniques, palette, and composition. However, as each painting is hand-crafted, subtle variations are a hallmark of authenticity and originality.

For custom works or large-scale pieces (over 73x60 cm), returns are not accepted if the painting arrives in perfect condition.

Collectors are encouraged to discuss all expectations before commissioning the work to ensure complete satisfaction.
4. Cancellations & Refusals

Orders cannot be cancelled once the creative process has begun.

Refusing delivery of a shipped artwork is not an accepted method of cancellation. If an artwork is refused upon delivery, it must still be received, and the reason for refusal must be provided in writing.

Refunds for refused orders remain at the sole discretion of the artist.
5. Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned as undeliverable, reshipping will only be arranged at the collector’s expense.
